Post Evaluation Reminder
Dear Host Sites,
I wanted to share that Keli and I met Tuesday morning to start writing the statewide GYSD post-event evaluation report. When we looked at data submitted by Iowa GYSD host sites, we realized data from many of the GYSD projects were not yet posted. As you know, it is important for us to be able to report as accurately as possible to Youth Service America the far-reaching benefits of Iowa’s first GYSD weekend.
The statewide report is due to YSA next Thursday, May 28th. Consequently, if you have not posted your post-event evaluation you are asked to please report your host site(s) data by this Friday, May 22nd. As you know, the post-event SurveyMonkey evaluation form can be linked to via the ICEA website at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=YcNAykJ4YRntCkQcl_2brAyA_3d_3d
We are also in need of photographs from Iowa’s GYSD weekend. If you have photographs from your GYSD event(s), please send them to Michael at moj@iastate.edu.
Thanking you in advance for your assistance!
All the best,
Michael O. Johnston

I would strongly encourage that you print out the evaluation prior to your GYSD event so that you know what data to look for during your event that is required for the post-event evaluation.
